Schedule 40 Grey PVC Pipe And Fittings

PVC schedule 40 pipe in stock, typically used for water distribution lines, NSF certified, conforming to CSA B137.3 waste water treatment, process water and high concentrated chemical applications. PVC schedule 40 piping is manufactured with Type 1, Grade 1 PVC (Cell Classification 12454-B) conforming to ASTM 1784. Maximum service temperature for PVC is 140°F. PVC schedule 40 pipe has the highest long-term hydrostatic strength (at 73°F) of any other major thermoplastic material used for piping.

  • All 8° fittings available in white PVC material only. AH Schedule 40 reducing tees are standard tees with a reducer bushing.
  • PVC Schedule 40 Fittings are produced in accordance with the following standards ASTM 01784, ASTM 02466.
  • The maximum continuous working pressure of the fittings is equal to 150 PSI at 73.4 °F (23 °C). No provisions have been made for pressure surges, water hammer, or other conditions which should be considered.
  • All custom fabricated fittings are not subject to return. Many other fittings are available on request.
  • F indicates a fabricated fitting.
